1. The Mechanical Failure of Traditional Diaper Cores
In conventional diaper manufacturing, the absorbent core is adhered directly to the polyethylene or nonwoven backsheet with hot-melt adhesives across its entire surface area. When superabsorbent polymer (SAP) grains absorb urine, they swell by up to 50 times their dry weight. Because the core is anchored to the outer chassis, this swelling creates severe mechanical tension: the diaper sags between the infant's legs, constricts the femoral arteries, and creates high-friction rub points against tender inner thighs.
2. The Dual-Wing Floating Suspension Solution
Quanzhou Tingshuang's patented Antigravity Floating Core Technology™ introduces a decoupled suspension architecture. The core is anchored exclusively along longitudinal elastic suspension conduits, leaving the lateral wings free to float within an internal air gap:
- Decoupled Volumetric Expansion: As the Sumitomo SAP expands with 1,200ml of liquid, it swells upward and outward into the suspension cavity without dragging down the outer chassis.
- Zero Thigh Constriction: Lateral elastic wings adapt dynamically to infant leg movement during crawling, walking, and rolling.
- Continuous Convective Airflow: The floating gap forms a natural micro-ventilation chimney, exhausting body heat and reducing inner skin temperatures by an average of 2.5°C.
3. Laboratory Compression Endurance
Subjected to 10,000 dynamic compressions in our Jinjiang testing lab (simulating an active toddler playing throughout a 12-hour period), the Antigravity Floating Core exhibited zero gel rupture, zero lumping, and zero channel cracking, maintaining an ultra-thin 0.18cm baseline profile.
