2. Four-Stage Quality Gatekeeper System
- Raw Material Quarantine & Testing: Nonwovens, SAP, hot melt glues, and elastic elastics undergo incoming tensile strength, moisture content, and bio-burden screening.
- High-Speed German Optical Vision Cameras: In-line cameras scanning at 800 pieces per minute identify any fiber defect, spot contamination, tape misalignment, or dimensional deviation > 0.5mm, instantly air-jetting defective units off the line.
- Tunnel Metal Detection: Double-head magnetic and eddy-current metal detectors identify ferrous and non-ferrous particles down to 0.8mm.
- Cleanroom Microbiological Testing: Every 2 hours, finished samples are cultured in our biological incubator: Total Aerobic Microbial Count (TAMC) < 200 CFU/g, Total Yeast and Mold Count (TYMC) < 20 CFU/g, and absolute zero tolerance for Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus, or fecal coliforms.
