- Plate Making Cost: Approx. $80 to $120 USD per color cylinder (one-time investment, waived on repeat orders over 3 containers).
- Handle Options: Reinforced punched oval carry handles, top soft loop handles, or pre-perforated easy-open tear strips.
2. Secondary Packaging (Export Master Cartons)
Cartons are engineered for grueling ocean journeys and high-humidity tropical warehouse environments:
- Five-layer double-fluted corrugated cardboard (BC flute, minimum 250 lbs/in² burst test strength).
- Water-resistant exterior varnish to prevent carton collapse during maritime condensation cycles.
- Universal GS1-128 and EAN-13 barcode compliance for seamless Amazon FBA and supermarket scanner intake.
